Shoni Wilcox is an entrepreneur with experience across multiple industries, including owning and operating fast food franchises. As CEO of Heath Investments LLC, she acquires real estate and scales businesses while passionately training and mentoring entrepreneurs to reach their full potential. She has a gift for improving processes and leveraging practical tools to work smarter, not harder.
When she’s not closing deals, Shoni escapes to her “pretend farm” in northern Wyoming, where she trains mustangs, plays rancher, and drills her own wells as a weekend hobby. It keeps her grounded, laughing, and connected to what matters most.

Meet Freddy
I’m originally from Ecuador, where I started and ran my own education business for over a decade. Along the way, I also supported religious organizations by developing people through music. My career has taken me across several industries, including retail, service, and manufacturing, where I’ve served as an individual contributor, team lead, and manager.
I’m deeply passionate about true leadership. I believe leaders are not always born, but forged in the trenches of real decisions and everyday challenges. When I’m not planning or closing deals, you’ll find me reading a good leadership book, riding my motorcycle, volunteering for veterans, or taking care of my backyard in Colorado.
